Tasha Fuels & Propane is a family-run, Cape Cod fuel company looking for a sharp, dependable Customer Service Rep & Office Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can handle a high volume of calls and customer requests, stay organized, and keep things moving without missing a beat. You’ll spot needs before customers have to ask twice, help set up new accounts, and support our bookkeeping team to keep information accurate and on time. That’s the Tasha way.
Job Overview
As a CSR/Office Assistant, you’ll be a key part of how we show up for our customers every day.
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a calm, professional presence
- Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with confidence and good phone etiquette
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and clearly
- Utilize company software and perform accurate data entry
Basic qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Strong multitasker who stays cool under pressure
- Clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computers and picking up new software
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Team leadership experience
