About the Role

Tasha Fuels & Propane is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to step into a fast-moving, highly diverse energy business and take ownership of day-to-day operations across the company.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a leadership role for someone who can get into the weeds, build structure, implement accountability, and create efficiency across departments including fuel delivery, service, marine fueling, transport, and logistics.

We are a unique company with significant opportunity. We do a lot, and we do it well. What we need is someone who can bring clarity, leadership, and operational control while also understanding how decisions at the ground level impact the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all divisions of the company
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards
Create incentive programs aligned with productivity and profitability
Improve internal workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
Lead department managers, drivers, technicians, and administrative staff
Establish performance metrics and hold teams accountable
Analyze operational data and connect daily decisions to financial outcomes
Identify areas of untapped potential and execute growth initiatives
Support ownership with strategic planning and execution

Qualifications and Skills

Strong leadership experience in operations, logistics, fuel distribution, or a related field
Proven ability to build structure within growing or complex organizations
Financial literacy and ability to analyze operational metrics and profit drivers
Experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments
Clear communicator with strong decision-making skills
Comfortable being visible, accountable, and hands-on

Schedule and Work Environment

Full-time, in-office leadership role
Must be present and engaged in daily operations
